Six Weeks Old
Gus can:
smile
hold his head up during 'tummy time'
turn his head towards familiar voices
track objects with his eyes and head
look around the room holding his head up
coo
Gus loves:
music--especially The Be Good Tanyas, Yo La Tango, Paul Simon, Sufjan Stevens, Tom Waits, The Magnetic Fields, Leo Kotke
nursing
being in a sling
being bounced on a yoga ball
stroller rides
his high-contrast mobile above his changing table
baths
long conversations with Dad
napping with Mom
Gus does not love:
being hungry
middle of night diaper changes
the snot sucker
Gus stats:
23 1/2 inches, 13 (!!) pounds, eye color starting to change to a light color, "hair" still red
