Gus Stats:
Let's just say he is tall and solid and strong. As in, he's wearing a 12 months t-shirt in this photo. As in, we're weary of the stares and pointing. As in, no, we're not working on his off-hand yet, he just figured out where his hands are for Pete's sake.
Gus loves:
Nursing
Drooling
Finger, hand, teething ring, shirtsleeve, fist, blanket, carseat strap chewing
People watching
Safeway
Being outside anywhere
"Standing" on your lap
Books
"Talking" (His favorites? "Nah-Ning," "Ing!" "Hummm" "Eh-ah-guh" And, yep, we know what they mean)
Playing "Tour de France" (Mom made it up, it's hard to explain)
Tummy time with Mom, computer chess naps with Dad
Baths
Sitting at the table during mealtime or while people are visiting
Jazz
Gus does not love:
Being hungry or tired (we've absolutely hit the "overstimulation" part of babyhood)
Having shirts pulled over his head
Being held "face-in" instead of "face out"
Teething
Not quite being able to do something
