Gus attended his first wedding this weekend. We were so thrilled to see our amazing friends Marty and Sarah get married. Marty is the most loving and generous dude in all of the Northwest and his wife Sarah is such a lovely person, and a gifted stepmom to Marty's three smart and handsome boys. Marty and his family have been through so much the last few years, and see such a happy ending is gratifying.
The wedding was outdoors--a classy shingdig with a sense of humor--the couple covered the grounds of the sculpture garden with hundreds of pink flamingos. Gus had a great time, listened quietly to the ceremony (while his mama cried), and partied hearty at the reception--dancing and eating like a wedding pro.
He would look great in a tiny tux holding a ring pillow, don't you think? Anyone out there planning their ceremony?
