Happy Earth Day! Gus reminds you to bike and take the bus whenever possible!
A couple of noteworthy items here, other than reducing our dependency on fossil fuel. Gus got his first trike, which he is so obsessed with it's as if he no longer has legs and cannot even go from one room to the next without rolling there, and in a sort of overnight kind of way, his drawings starting sprouting arms and legs and eyes and wheels and well, true representation (he has been sort of on this track for a bit, drawing circles and ovals and calling them things, but now we can recognize what he's after). This drawing is of a "big blue bus with two windows and a big wheel." Can you see it? The lines coming off it are apparently "action lines"--as he drew them he said the big bus was going "fast, so fast."

Oh I can totally tell that it's a bus, and that it's going very very fast! (The single wheel in the back has kind of a Paul Klee quality to it, which is awesome.) And of course, he looks absolutely adorable on the trike. Go Gus, Go!
do they make that trike in big sizes? because I totally want one.
